Question RX580 temporary but frequent black screen during gaming

Hi everyone,

As the title suggests, while gaming (only in a few games) my screen will start to go black for 2 or 3 seconds every minute or so. It takes about 5-10 minutes of playing before this starts happening but once it does it never stops. It's not even occurring in my most graphically intense games and my temps are perfectly fine so idk what's up. I've asked on the Radeon forum and nobody even replied. I've seen a lot of people having issues with the screen going black permanently on a 580, but that's not what's happening with mine.

If it makes a difference, the games it's been doing it with are Lords of the Fallen, Dying Light, and just today Hitman (the reboot).

Someone on another forum suggested to a person who had the permanent black screen problem to increase the power available to the card through Wattman but I'm not sure how to do that.

I just built this system from scratch a couple of months ago here are the specs:

Ryzen 2700
RX 580
Sound Blaster Z
16GB DDR4
EVGA somethingorother 600w PSU
Win 10

Uninstall AMD Crimson drivers using DDU:
https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html

And download the latest GPU driver from AMD's website, install it, and try again.

Didn't work, unfortunately. Saw a post online suggesting that increasing the available voltage to 50% in wattman would fix it but that didn't work either.
