Question Rx590 no signal

I have a rx590 with core i5 3470 processor and a 450watt antec psu and 16gigs of ram and 512gb ssd. I bought this less then1 month ago and this issue came randomly "check video cable" But it went out immediately itself. Now it came back again when i was playing God of War and when i restared it the gpu didn't gave any display. I can hear windows loading and welcome screen everything but no display. I took out the gpu and cleaned it and everything but no display. Can anyone tell me weather it's my psu or not? I am very worried i just bought this card after long savings and hope the gpu isn't dead.. Thanks

What's the exact 450W Antec PSU? Most of the 450W Antec PSUs are the VP model, a very low-quality PSU not intended for GPUs like this, and it's frightening if you've been powering an RX 590 with that. The consequences can vary, from behavior that can be fixed with an appropriate PSU, a dead PSU, a fried GPU, or both.

It's not, it's actually far, far worse. That's a Vantec, a dodgy knockoff, fake Chinese junk. You need a much better PSU than this. The GPU should never have even been connected to this. You won't know how bad any damage is until you have this powered properly.
