MoBo: Asus Z97-A
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 6600
CPU: Intel i5-4460
OS: Windows 10 Home

GPU-Z: https://gpuz.techpowerup.com/22/02/10/3de.png
DxDiag: https://file.io/qWVQBfDn8wY1

Upgraded GPU to RX 6600 from GTX 760. MoBo states first PCI slot is 3.0 x16. Only achieving PCIe 2.0 under load.
Used DDU in safe mode when I installed new GPU.
No other PCI peripherals.

I have tried:
  • Forcing PCIe 3.0 in BIOS. Only available options are Gen 1 and Gen 2.
  • Updating BIOS and all drivers - everything is up to date.
  • Altering Windows registry settings.

Is this while idle? Click the "?" next to PCIe in GPU-Z and run the render test, see if it bumps up to 3.0 x8 at that point. It should. My GPU will show x16 1.1 while idle, then x16 3.0 when under load.
Nah, it's at 2.0 at idle and under load. GPU-Z render test doesn't budge it.
