Upgraded GPU to RX 6600 from GTX 760. MoBo states first PCI slot is 3.0 x16. Only achieving PCIe 2.0 under load.
Used DDU in safe mode when I installed new GPU.
No other PCI peripherals.

I have tried:
- Forcing PCIe 3.0 in BIOS. Only available options are Gen 1 and Gen 2.
- Updating BIOS and all drivers - everything is up to date.
- Altering Windows registry settings.
