Ryzen 1200 doesnt turbo boost

My ryzen 1200 cpu doesnt turbo boost
I've tried setting the power plan to high performance and in the bios there doesnt seem to be an option for turbo boost and i cant change frequencies since its an a320 motherboard.
(asus prime a320m-k)

what are you using to monitor clockspeeds?

Don't use the task manager. Use something like HWMon/Info.

i use msi afterburner overlay while in game or cpu z

Turns out my bios wasnt fully updated. I updated it and it fixed it, thank you.
