Question Ryzen 1200 is stuck running at 0.53mhz

Hello ..
I using ryzen 1200 with msi pro a320 pro VD/s mother.
Psu 400 watt with one 4 pin connector .but
on my MOTHER BOARD is a 8-pin CPU connector
Ram 8 GB Corsair 2400 mhz..
Gpu gt710 2 GB..
I've noticed my Ryzen 3 1200 is stuck running at 0.53mhz regardless of what load I put on it. .
I just installed a win10 64bit and updated the bios and drivers.
can someone tell me .. THIS PROBLEM IS RELATED TO MY PSU. Because I am using 4 pin connector !

That might be a problem with PSU, but check your settings in BIOS. Try manually OCing to the stock 3.1ghz, that may fix it.

Try putting the 4 pin connector in the opposite 4 pins on your 8 pin CPU connector. Don't force it if it doesn't fit.

I using stock cooler.. and

I already did.
If I restart the pc. It will become Normal cpu performance will increase and speed also increases..and sometimes when I turn it on it doesn't boot at first time ..I have to unplug the power cord several time ..

It will affect the performance when I connect 4 pin connector in 8 pin mother board

but if i OC THE CPU .IT WILL VOID MY WARRANTY

the board cpu does not receive all power it need so yes cpu could not be running at full speed .

But when I restart the pc..
It will work normally ..

You won't be OCing it, you'll be setting it to its base clock. This will NOT void the warranty, provided you don't change any voltage or other settings in BIOS.

Replace the PSU.

You cannot overclock on an A320 motherboard, so throw that out the window.
I would get a new PSU.
