That system isn't going to be prepared to play games well at all in the future. You're going to have to buy new components later down the line and it will cost more in total than pitching in 100-200 more now. Even today, that system will have some serious trouble running games at 1080p.

I know it's not powerful for the future games, but I'm not an extreme gamer, nor I care about high fps with high graphics settings. Also if I'm not wrong I can upgrade the cpu to ryzen 5 or 7 in the future without changing anything? I might be wrong.

Actually, I would say yes. It's got good bones. You can readily and cheaply upgrade the CPU, the memory is a good spot for doing so. You already have an SSD and HDD for storage. Assuming this has legal OS I would say give it a go. I would (perhaps) try to talk them down$50 or so, but otherwise, yes I feel like it's an ok deal. This should game decently at 1080/60 on medium settings.

At $300 it's decent. Would cost you about $400-$425 to buy those parts new today.

128GB SSD is comically small when $50 gets you a 500GB one.

I just can't help but agree that for $475-$500 you can buy a new system with: Ryzen 2600, 500GB SSD, RX570, etc etc. That's a big improvement.
