Hello there.

I have an issue.

my system is running very slow. When I benchmark my graphics card, it turns out to be poor in performance. My mouse movements, keyboard cursor etc. keeps hanging. Ram usage and CPU usage is always high. Is there someone who can help me find the problem?
power suppyly is 500W

Solution
this problem persists since i created the computer

os is clean, from microsoft website

when a program running heavy details like after fx, mouse is slow down, then come back faster, like freezing . same as game too
Your 8GB RAM (single DIMM) may be your problem. You could be exceeding your RAM and having to use the pagefile. That will kill your performance, but will come back after the pagefile needs are stabilized.
A matched set of two 8GB DIMMs is the best answer. Keep your single DIMM as an "emergency" spare, or sell it.

Is this a new build?
Did you do a clean OS install when you built this PC?
