[SOLVED] Ryzen 1400 Stuck at 3.3GHz and below.

I recently built a new budget system with a ryzen 1400 and a RX 570. In my uefi/bios I can overclock my cpu to 3.85GHz and boot up but my ryzen never passes 3.3GHz even using the Ryzen master software. How might I be able to fix this (my motherboard is the MSI a320m gaming pro all drivers are up to date)

That MB doesn't allow any OC. You need an MB with at least b350/450 chipset.
