Ryzen 1500x + Budget GPU = ?

Finally got my Ryzen 1500x upgrade unexpectedly. Paired it with a budget MSI pro vdh.

Any suggestions [ i still want to stick within the budget tier ] for a new GPU would be very much appreciated.
Plus my Thermaltake Litepower 650W works well with OC @3.7Ghz.

Just want a vidcard tht wont bottleneck my PSU. Thanks guys!

Budget? The GTX 1050 ti 4gb is a good card or the RX 570, 580 or 1060 (depending on location due to mining pricing) would be good to pair with that CPU.
