Ryzen 1500X overclock problem

Can anyone recommend a safe voltage to get a 1500X to 3.9? I just tried running Cinebench with the OC at 3.9 and 1.35 volts, and it crashed. I have an Arctic Freezer 33 eSports One with a custom fan curve set that keeps the CPU at 59 degrees while running Prime95 (for 6 hours) with an OC of 3.8 @1.31875v, so heat isn't the problem. I know the silicon lottery is a huge gamble with any Ryzen chip, and I don't want to go too high with the voltage.

try 1.4v and 3.9 then. 1.45v is absolute limit since you have good temp.
Monitor your temp in prime95, as long as < 80, you should be fine.

That seems kinda high. I'll probably just stick with 3.8 for now. 8 hundredths of a volt just to get 0.1 more out of the OC...nah.
