Ryzen 1500x voltage and OC Genie 4

When idle and using chrome, the core voltage goes between 1.4-1.5 V. Should it be that high? When I turn on OC Genie it goes to 1.2 V and stays there.

OC Genie also raises the idle core speed from 3.6 to 3.7mhz. It stays at 3.7 and doesn't go up when under stress. Without OC Genie the core speed jumps all over the place, from 3.5 to 3.6-3.8. Is this normal? and Is using OC Genie worth it.

specs: 16gb 2400mhz ram (oc to 2666)
gtx 1060 6gb

1.4-1.5v is way too high. I would ditch any software you are using and overclock manually. What is your motherboard?

I changed the core voltage to 1.26 and oc'd the core speed to 3.75 ghz. It's stable. Does the turbo boost turn off when you change the settings? Also does the core speed always stay at 3.75 or does it go lower when idle?
