Ryzen 1600 for Streaming?

Would the Ryzen 1600 be able to handle 720p 60fps streams whilst handling modern games such as PUBG or other more demanding games. (This paired with a gtx 1060 6gb)

720P at 60fps, no problem whatsoever, heck a 7700k could handle that so you've got a lot of wiggle room.
