Ryzen 1600 Issues

Hello guys, I recently reinstalled windows 10 back on my pc *I got a SSD* and before reinstalling my Ryzen was at 3.6GHZ after reinstalling it went to 3.4ghz My bios settings wherent altered or anything, Game Boost is enabled etc. help? trying to overlcock to 3.6 will crash the system.

Did you update the AMD Ryzen Power Plan in the control panel?

I tried The AMD power plan and the High Performance plan but none seemed to work.

Were you overclocking from the bios? I would try clearing the CMOS first, although that should not matter.

Did you update Windows after the install?

Heres how everything went

I installed the ssd
booted my usb
deleted old windows
installed windows on new SSD
updated and did all drivers,
a week later I notice the Speed is 3.4 and not 3.6ghz
Il try clearing cmos *pain in the arse to get this case open*

I decided to go to the bios clear it and manually Overlcock 200mhz extra, it seems to be stable for now. thanks anyways
