Ryzen 1600 mouse stutter

Hey, so Im experiencing a problem that you guys might sort out. I have a mouse stuttering problem while idle and playing games, I dont know if its caused by CPU or Power plan or RAM or maybe my UPS. I dont know what brought this problem and Its getting raelly annoying, but what I did in the past week are disabling HPET and updating my drivers.. My Specs:
Ryzen 5 1600
Asrock AB350 Gaming K4
GTX 1060 6GB
Teamdark 8GB 2400 Single Kit
Coolermaster G550M

Any help will be very much appreciated, thanks.

try the newest drivers for the b350 chipset from last month.

Oh btw some time in the past week I downloaded AMD All-in-one driver, but I noticed it was old.. Radeon relive still show that I have 17.40 driver which is latest

Nvm, I solved this issue by running chkdsk. Thanks
