Ryzen 1600 newly build won't post

I installed everything double checked all parts tried 1 stick of memory but just cant get any screen, I checked motherboard website and my ram wasnt on the list and i need bios update or something? How am i suppose to update bios when the pc wont show anu display?? Pls help

Edit the incompatible is with case on the link, I already ordered fractal mini mate case instead

According to http://www.asrock.com/MB/AMD/AB350M%20Pro4/index.asp#CPU the CPU is supported without a BIOS update. Are you testing outside of the case? Can you use an old PCI Express GPU to see if it POST?

My you is fine because I tested on my old computer or works. However I can't test other parts as I don't have compatible hardware at home. The computer keeps looping itself it turns on fans spinning then it revs down but it starts again before the fans stop. This goes on forever.

That's in or outside of the case? You could very well have a defective motherboard (a CPU rarely is defective).

BIOS update is not an issue , lpx 3000 is confirmed working at least a dozen times on the pro 4 & pro 4m on a first revision bios.

Ram in sticks a2/b2

Second slot from CPU & farthest one away.
