Hello,
Which pair is better for Gaming and record games, edit ,and upload to YouTube.?
I have 1080p 60hz monitor and I prefer to play at high to max settings. And this build probably untill 2020 or early 2021 for Gaming and later will be used for pure office work, movies and Adobe Lightroom.

I will be using these in my build.
Cooler Master MB511 RGB
Corsair TX650M gold
500GB 860 evo

I would recommend a GTX 1660 Ti with a Ryzen 5 2600 (if you are comfortable Overclocking it) or a Ryzen 5 2600x or Ryzen 7 2700x if you are not going to to Overclock your CPU.
See my signature for my full specs.
I game at 1080p/60 Hz while streaming to 1 or 2 1080p TV's.
I get anywhere from 85 to 120+ fps with current AAA games set on very high or ultra.

I'm not into streaming.
I just want to do recording with shadow play.
And ryzen 2600 is bit on high price here. 205$ if I convert into dollars..
I5 9400f is 165$
Ryzen 1600 is 150$

As I only use this build for till 2020 or early 2021 that why I want go for lowest build but don't want to compromise on gaming experience.

And also I have seen that GTX 1660 is pretty good at overclockibg and the increase is about 5-7fps which is just 3-4fps less compare to 1660 ti which is 75$ more price.

For your needs the 9400f would be the better choice.
But if you plan on upgrading in the next few years you would be better off buying a decent B450 from motherboard, 3000 or 3200 MHz RAM and a Ryzen 5 1600x.

Thanks!
But 9400f require b365 board.

As for the ryzen,I read that 2020 is the last for AM4 so upcoming 4000 series won't be that much of a upgrade I guess. And AM5 will have a new chipset in 2021.
