Ryzen 1600x showing 1 core and 1 thread

My ryzen 1600x is showing i only have 1 core and 1 thread and msconfig is showing The max amount of cores to be 1!! PC is working really bad and not usable

Device maneger is showing all the 12 thread's.....

new build, upgrade build? what os? fresh new install of the os?

Upgrade, But just solved the issue by compleatly unchecking cores in MSconfig and rebooting now shows all 12 threads!
