Ryzen 1600X Voltage Confusion

Im confused on what voltage my CPU is running at. I currently have it auto overclocked in the bios to 3.8ghz I have had it like this for months and everything has been fine temp wise and stability wise.

But im confused because in the bios it says the voltage is at 1.493 so does my corsair software and CPU-Z . But my ryzen master says the voltage is set at 1.375.

Should I be worried about this?

Auto voltage can be very hit and miss at times-when applications "auto-overclock" they tend to use an excessive amount of voltage to ensure stability. Since you know your system is stable at 3.8ghz, if I were you, I would manually overclock it at that frequency but significantly reduce the voltage. For example my 1600 (which in reality is a 1700) is stable at 3.9ghz@1.275v. I can hit 4.05ghz but I have to pump the voltage to 1.375v which I am not a fan of. I would experiment around if I were you.

Could be both, even if set higher in BIOS it could be different in use. It will raise and fall depending on load.

But is it safe long term for it to hit 1.493 with even minor load.

For fast, transient spikes yes but not for long term. AMD says 1.425 max for longer time. Why don't you try latest BIOS ? It helped other Asus MBs.

It seems like it hits 1.493 every 3 to 4 seconds , I just updated my bios and still the same. I think I just might go back down to stock settings and speed.

Can't you set voltage manually to let's say 1.4v and see how far it gets you.
