ryzen 1600x with 1060 6gb, bottlenecking?

I would just like to know if anything is bottlenecking me, when I play games it uses barely any % of it but I still get bad fps

What kind of RAM do you have? Just an idea, try overclocking your RAM because Ryzen is very RAM hungry
