ryzen 1700 and crucial memory

just bough ryzen 1700 +asus pro x370 and crucial ram 3000 2 sticks of 8 gb each Crucial Ballistix Tactical 8GB DDR4 3000 CL15 1.35V (BLT8G4D30AETA)

some friend told me that it is not complitable with board it working on 2133 but in games i fell some fps drops and random micro freeze could the the dps or the micro freeze of the ram ?
i did clean install of windows i changed driver many times no thing happened

ryzen r7 1700@ 3.9 ghz tested with aid64 for 2 hours for stability
asus x 370 pro
16 gb ram crucial
samsung ssd 120 gb
crucial 240 gb
seagate 1 tb
segate 1 tb
western blue 500 gb

what GPU? what games are you playing and in what resolution/settings?

This is not enough, no where near enough, AIDA64 is an easy stress test to pass, I can run that stress test for 3 days and then fail prime95 in 10 mins, try running 50 passes of IBT on standard settings, get it from here, http://www.techspot.com/downloads/4965-intelburntest.html see if it can pass that, only takes about 10 mins to run.
