Ryzen 1700 Compatibility check?

I have a M5A97 R2.0 motherboard, 600W Corsair PSU, 16GB HyperX Kingston DDR3 RAM, Corsair 300R case, EVGA 1060 GPU. Do I have the things to get a ryzen 1700? I understand the 1060 doesn't belong in a build with a 1700, but i'm looking to get a 1080 sometime soon.

Ryzen CPUs need an AM4 chipset motherboard as well as DDR4 ram, so basically everything except the GPU, case and PSU are incompatible.

Ryzen is a new platform, you can't use old AMD motherboards or DDR3 RAM on the new CPUs, they need AM4 boards and DDR4 RAM.
