Hi guys I wanna know if my Ryzen 7 1700 is still good in 2020 in your opinion, I was looking to upgrade my Processor to 2700x or 3700x or 3600
is my Ryzen 7 1700 still good to go for couple of years? and what upgrade route should I go for CPU, GPU or ETC?

Right now the specs I have is this:

AMD Ryzen 7 1700
MSI B350m Mortar Tomahawk
Corsair Vengeance RGB 16gb (8x2)
Stock AMD CPU Cooler
Galax GTX 1060 6gb OC
140gb SSD Kingston
WD 1TB HDD
PSU Corsair CX650 Watts

Yes, sure. 3700x is maybe about 15% better, that's all.

The 1700 is not bad at all, I would think about upgrading GPU instead.

2070 Super or wait for the RTX 30 Series/AMD's RDNA 2 graphics cards.
