Ryzen 2200g or i3 8100

Hello, I’m going to build a pc soon, and I am wondering if I should get a Ryzen 3 2200g, or an intel i3 8100. And my build is going to have a gtx 1050 in it.

Both good choices. And with a GTX 1050, neither CPU will be pressed very hard. I'd recommend going with the 1050 Ti over the 1050 due to the better performance for a minimum of cost since card prices are stable again.

The Intel platform is a little more expensive overall than the Ryzen platform. But either can be made into a powerhouse with the right motherboard and upgrading.

Using the integrated graphics would be the reason to pick the 2200g. You plan to add a videocard anyways so...
