Ryzen 2200G Vega 8 not detected on CPU Z

Can anyone help me?
I have to install All latest driver from AMD but the VGA vega 8 still not detected on the CPU Z.
Can anyone help me?

What does CPU-Z have to do with installing the gfx driver? Have you tried the driver installation pgm?
Make sure you're installing the AMD ALL in 1 with VGA driver for Ryzen 2000 Series APUs (Raven Ridge), and not the AMD all in 1 driver for A-Series APUs (Bristol Ridge), Ryzen 1000 Series CPUs (Summit Ridge), and Ryzen 2000 Series CPUs (Pinnacle Ridge)

What motherboard do you have?

i mean, if i check on device manager, the driver on Display Adapter is AMD Radeon(TM) VEGA 8 Graphic with yellow mark. but the driver is up to date. and if i start AMD Graphic, explained that I didn't use a graphic chard. i have to try reinstall the Ryzen 3 2200g driver pack from AMD web. and still not work.

My spesification :
Ryzen 3 2200g with vega 8 graphic
Mobo B350 Tomehawk MSI
Ram 8Gb Geil 2666MHz
OS Windows 10 64 bit

I installed all drivers for my motherboards and downloaded the drivers for AMD Ryzen 2200G drivers. Installed them. But it didn't work. Installed counter strike global offensive and showed me an error that I had attached with this message. There is yellow triangle mark on the Graphics card when I tried to update the drivers.

if anyone has face the same the issue and resolved it then please share the solution. That will be really helpful. Motherboard: MSi B350 Tomahawk
Ram: Geil 2x4gb 2666mhz

Since you have a B350, do you have the latest BIOS? If not, that is quite likely the problem.

Hallo kanewolf. since i buy my motherboard, the technicall say they update the driver up to date.
and if i see on bios, the latest update is on 05/02/2018
Bios version is E7A34AMS.1H0
my motherboard is MSi B350 Tomahawk
