Question Ryzen 2200g won't post

Hello everyone I recently bought and put together a ryzen Pc the specs are-
Cpu- ryzen 3 2200g
Motherboard- asrock 320M-DVS-R4.0
Ram- crucial 2133 8gb 1 stick
Psu -thermaltake tr2s 450w
Storage- 2 250gb hdds

I know this Mobo is not supposed to post with this pc without a BIOS flash and that is what happened but then I took the Mobo to a PC shop and the guy flashed the newest BIOS for me but the PC still won't post.
1 thing I can add is when removing ram there is no beep sound so that's a bit wierd.

check for bend pin?
