Ryzen 2400g won't boot

Antec 450 watt power supply

I have RMA'd 2 processors and am on my 3rd. This is the 3rd different mobo I have tried and have ensured it has the latest bios. I can't get any video to show to get this thing running. The system boots with a A6-9500. I tried putting a GTX 960 with the 2400G and still no video. Please help.

what are you doing buying an apu with a gtx 960?

that mobo does not support the newer gen ryzen's out of the box

you need to update the bios, which requires a first gen ryzen cpu [1500(x), 1600(x) etc etc]

The latest bios is installed and verified with the A6-9500. The GTX 960 is from another computer and used to test the video separate the APU.
