Ryzen 2400g Wraith Spire Overclock Temperature 65-70?

im using 2400g apu dedicated and wraith spire fan. when im oc to 3.9ghz and 1.45v my cpu temperature is 65-70C.. is the temperature normal between 65 to 70C? or is it worth it if i replace wraith spire with cooler master hyper 212 evo?? will it reduce my temperature?

nah, 212 is not much better and will be a hassle to install.
Why 1.45v? That is absolute max. I suggest dial down
2400G @ 3.8 will be good enough is my suggestion, if you try prime95, you will not like the temp. Yes 70 is good temp, 85 is a line you don't wan to cross. but heavy load may blow up the temp.
