These could've all been handled in one thread @SparkHunter76
I'm about to buy a ryzen 2600 for gaming, and I'd be thankful if you recommend the RAM too!

B450 is where you'd want to look - and DDR4 3000MHz (or better) in dual channel, with the tightest timings possible.

The B450 Tomahawk is a popular board, for a reason - but it does run ~$115.

In the <$100 range, the ASRock Fatal1ty K4 is a solid board.

I have a gtx 1060 3gb, and I'm about to upgrade my potato pc. Is gtx 1060 3gb enough for gaming?
More than enough for "gaming", yes.

It's a solid 1080p/60Hz card, in most titles. An RX570 is usually a worthwhile consideration from a value standpoint...

All depends on the price (and resolution etc). If new, I see 3GB 1060's going for ~$150. I wouldn't say it's "worth it" for that when RX570's are ~$120 new and 580's are ~$150. Used, for the right price, sure, it's a solid purchase.

How do I turbo boost my ryzen 2600?

Stock operations of a Ryzen chip will boost as required/available.
Provided there's voltage/power/thermal headroom, a 2600 will boost to it's max (per core) on it's own - you don't need to do anything.

Overall, I'd suggest looking to something long these lines:

You could save a couple of bucks on the RAM (literally, $2-4) and get CL16 opposed to 15.... or add RGB:
