Ok so i have problem, i updated my BIOS on b450 tomahawk, getting 5600x soon but i noticed that my 2600 is boosting and hovering around 3.4 mhz on average.
I tried turning xmp off but it does not work, i even changed power plan settings and set minimum processor power managment to 5% it was 90% by default.
What can be cause of this issue?
(Fans are so loud its annoying)
