Question ryzen 2600 temps high

so i have a ryzen 2600 with no oc and is a
Pccooler X4S CPU Cooler Silent

and my mobo is
Asus TUF B450M-Pro Gaming AMD

now im browsing with opera and posting here with the following temps: 50 degrees on all cores doing nothin.
and im using brand new paste gd900 from aliexpress

what could be the problem? where i live is hot, around 24 degress,but my my room is ok.

If the ambient temp is 24 degrees, then 50 on the cpu isn't hot.... also you will find your fan(s) are usually set to reduce noise when the machine ins't doing anything so they slow down and allow the cpu to run a bit warmer. 50C is totally fine, what do the temps looks like when the machine is fully loaded? If they stay under 80C you shouldn't have any issues...

50 fine? i think is high for just browsing while a time ago temps were on their 30s
now im playing wow with 44 degrees i also cleaned the thermal paste
