Ryzen 2600x aftermarket cooler

Hey, I'd like to buy ryzen 2600x for my new build and I'm looking for a cooler that can get me to the highest possible frequency with XFR. My budget is 90 dollars max, but I'd rather buy a cheaper one. Thanks.

Cooler Master MasterLiquid Lite 240 at $55...very good and cost effective
Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML240L RGB at $70 very good though it is an AIO
Be Quiet Dark Rock Pro $66.99 very good air cooler
Noctua NH-U9S at $60 very good air cooler
Noctua NH-D15S at $80 very, very good...

Both AIO's will do a great job though the Air Coolers will also do a great job...Just comes down to what you like.

If you're not a fan of looks of Noctua(as I am) Thermalright is also a very good air cooler that doesn't look like it's from the 80's.

The model aro-m14g looks and works very nice.
