Is this good? The goal was to run this CPU at the r2700x base clock for identical performance without boost having great thermals and acoustics. Using a cheap H212 EVO cooler staying at 28c idle and 48-49c at 100% load. Games are around 43-46c. its paired with 3000mhz CL16RAM OCed to 3133mhz with same timings and Nvidia EVGA 1060 6gb SC.

Am I lucky or is this just standard? I haven't tried lower voltages yet. If I try to clock at 3.8ghz or above I really have to push voltage past 1.15v with temps reaching 50-56c.
