Greetings! I just got built my new system and tried to overclock my ryzen 2700 (non X variant). Overcloking were done in Ryzen Master and i managed to get it ti 3.8 ghz at 1.3v. But in cinabench 15 my tems went all up to 94.7. I guess that's not normal at all, as far as for cooling solution i got Deepcool AIO Castle RGB 240. When i try to set clock at 3.9 and do stresstest run in Ryzen Master it's doing just fine, but when i run Cinabench tems go over 95 degrees and system shuts down. I'm just an amature and never done OC before. So kindly asking for help, what am i doing wrong?

94.7ºC is definitely not right and you really shouldn't have keep pushing the overclock knowing this temps as you can ruin then processor. Repaste, maybe the cooler wasn't properly sit, anad also check the fans speeds. 80ºC are already high temps.

i'll try, thanks! Got same idea. Bout what bothers me that when idle its doing around 30 C, so like if fans are not doing right or paste applied not properly it should show a considerably high idle temps, shouldn't it?

fans are spinning but i cannot remember what mode i set them on. CPU block is solid i cant wiggle it at all. Speaking of pump i guess it's pumping. It doing some noises, i cant really tell. Never had an AIO before.

idling temps stays around 30 C. I had my pc running for like 30 mins than i checked temps and it were around 30c. I hit high temps only when i run Cinnabench.
