Ryzen 2700x 65c. gaming AIO Cooler is that normal ?

Hello there, I have recently completed my first custom PC build. I wonder if these temps are normal or should i do something about thermal paste or water cooler ?

My idle temps are around 38-45c sometimes it goes up to 50 or higher..
I did not any overlock. Only xmp2 enabled to ram fre. 3200mhz Core boost enabled, other setting are defult. My gaming temps are 60-65c. Is that normal ?
Here is my detailed system specs:
Msi x470 gaming plus am4
Corsair vengeance 3200mhz
Deep cool maelstorm 240t
Corsair carbide 275r

That's kind of how the 2700x works. It basically auto oces itself to whatever cooling you have on it. No you didn't "oc it" but the thing was running at 4.25 or so running that cinebench which is better than a lot of people can reach for a max oc

I see max 61C during Cinebench so at core boost to 4.35GHz your temps are excellent. Fan curve is ideal so if the system is stable, you can't ask for a better CPU performance. Congratz.

Thanks for responds I wonder if that is really nice temps, I watched many videos including water cooler on youtube, other ryzen 2700x users temp are about 55-60 at 4-4.2ghz on gaming. My temps are higher than 60c. even %30-40 usage. And it is raising over the time. I saw 67c. at 4ghz after half an hour.

Ideal temps are 10-15C above ambient room temperature at idle and 60-70C under load.
The variations you have seen is dependent on case Air flow, TIM, and ambient temps.

67C after half an hour under load is well within acceptable range. Approaching 80C is when you need to worry and your Deepcool Maelstrom 240t is coping. Run a stress test using AIDA64 for 10-15mins. Those results will tell you if your system is stable and within an acceptable range overhaul.

Pushing the processor to 4.3GHz at 100% Aida64 indicates your in the HIGH temperature range.
If it exceeds 80C then the system would shut down to prevent damage.
Aida64 will push your processor much more than any program or app in the real world so you should be OK.
Try/Set a manual CPU Core Voltage in Bios to 1.350V and test again. You should gain up to 5C if the system maintains stability and that would be safer.

There is 2 option in cpu core vol. menu offset voltage and override. Which should i set ? I did override to set voltage 1.350v. it won't boot windows. I have to do manual reset button and set the defult settings again.

Override is what I referred to. As your not stable at 1.350V then increase Override voltage in .02 steps till the system boots then stress test again. Try this prior to any Offsets.

Sorry i do not understeand. Where do i put that .02 voltage exactly ? Or some people talking about core voltage -0.0075.

Anyway, i do not want messing up settings. I just wanted stabilyze little bit ryzen 2700x. My radiator was mounted bottom of the case. I mounted it to front panel. Looking like this

Actually temps are nearly same. That two yellow arrow is showing that my fan spin rotation and airflow. I do not think that will decrease temp if i change rotation to up. I guess this maelstorm 240t not good for this build. Because i remounted cooler and thermal paste nothing changed. Anyway thanks for your support. Sorry for bad english.
