[SOLVED] Ryzen 2700x build.

Hello, I've decided to build a ryzen 2700x build.
Gtx 1080
Aorus x470 ultra gaming.
Corsair 550w

And my question is, I have a ddr4 2133mhz from my old build., should I keep that or buy a 3200mhz kit?

P.s. Does 2700x need watercooling or is it OK with its new stock fan?

Get new ram, at least 3200 mhz. Check the motherboard`s QVL for ram kits, and what model psu is that?

If you are not putting too much of an over clock, or running at stock clocks then the stock cooler is more than enough for the chip.

I've read that the automatic high precision boosting of ryzen is better than overclocking it at constant 4.3ghz. If that's true I won't OC it at all

Stock fans are good until you oc.
But the vrm's on that mobo may throttle you first.
Gigabyte was busted on that mobo saying it has a 8+3 power phase when it's a 4+3.
Buildzoid helped bust them on it.

Greece. I don't think we have that here. BTW I was browsing and some posts recommend msi tomahawk x450 instead

The 1 i was going to suggest the asus prime x470 on newegg for 163.00 usd
Mine is 23.00 higher @186.00

I will go for the Asus prime then, since it has good reviews. The strix version is 220 here, so yea..
