Ryzen 2700x issue

My pc was running completely fine last night. I've restarted it by mystake and then shut it down. Tried to power my pc on today, everything works. My rgb strip is working, 2 of my case fans are working, my gpu is working fine, my cpu fan works also, but on the mobo I can see the status led's of the cpu and dram flashing one after another. Also, my monitor does not display anything.

Does the motherboard have a debug lcd code thing on it like a lot them do? or give you a beeping code?..
