Question Ryzen 2700x Not posting.

I can't get this build to post no beeps. Powers on lights on board, fans on. If i unplug the video card i get 5 beeps like im having a processor error. Plug the video card back in no beeps no post. Anyone have experience with this issue?

Build:
Ryzen 7 2700x
Evga 650w Gold
2x V-Color ddr4 3200 8gb sticks
Asrock b450 steel legend ATX
Nvidia GF 7950 GT 512mb ddr3 (old)

ASRock UEFI may have changed 5 beeps to no VGA a while back.

Thanks for your help my old video card was dead got a new one everything works now.
