I am currently running a 2700x cpu in my gaming rig, which is a cpu that has a base speed of 3.7 ghz with up to 4.3 ghz speeds. When I look at ryzen master or nzxt cam applications I notice that I'm steadily running between 4.0 and 4.1. That's without overclocking or messing with anything.

Is there any easy way to make it so my cpu is running more between 4.2 and 4.3 ghz?

with up to 4.3 ghz speeds
4.3 is the max single core boost clock speed. Not all core. So you'll only have one core that will reach up to this speed.

That would be more normal all core boost. All cores won't boost to 4.3, as that will only apply to one core. This is normal boost clock, you don't need to overclock for these speeds.
