Ryzen 2700X Temperature varies with softwares!! How should I monitor and verify the accurate temperature?

I can't determine my exact CPU temperature. These are my CPU temps at around 60%-80% usage.
I once put the CPU on 100% usage and I think it gave BSOD due to overheating maybe. The room temperature is high in the region where I live and also I messed up my thermal paste while assembling the computer so that needs to be replaced. Could these also be the reason for higher CPU temps?
Temperatures variation Example:
MSI Command Center - 78 °C then Ryzen Master - 68 °C
MSI Afterburner - 76 °C then Ryzen Master - 65 °C
So, which is the actual temp of my CPU?
Please help me.

HW Info https://www.hwinfo.com/download.php will give you most accurate temps, latest RM too. There are 2 temperatures reported from processor and one of them takes 10c temperature offset into account. Programs that do not correct that 10c difference show 10c more.
