Ryzen 2700X vs Intel i7-8700K for Hyper-V

Hello! What would be the best processor for Windows Hyper-V Server 2016 (type 1)? On which will be virtual machines with SQL. The number of virtual machines is 4-7 (for each of 3-10 users).Thank you!

Either one will be OK. Buy the cheaper one and put the saved money toward RAM. 7 VMs running SQL Server will probably be best with 64GB RAM...
