So heres the thing, I bought a new ram online its KLEVV Bolt X 2x8 3200Mhz DDR4. Then the default speed was 2667Mhz. I tried to overclock it to 3200Mhz to make money's worth. But then it fails. I tried clearing CMOS and then overclock it again to 3200Mhz still doesnt work. I saw in the amd website said that Ryzen 3 1200 can only handle 2667Mhz memory. But I saw a couple youtube the videos that were benchmarking Ryzen 3 1200 with DDR4 3200Mhz memory.
Any help/comments would be very appreciated.

Specs:
CPU: Ryzen 3 1200 3.1Ghz
Motherboard: MSI A320M Grenade
RAM: 2x8 KLEVV Bolt X 3200Mhz DDR4
VGA: GIGABYTE RX 570 4GB
PSU: Enlight 500W

Wrong CPU on wrong MB, neither can handle 3200MHz RAM without some serious overclocking, eventually on RAM with Samsung b- die chips. Try https://www.techpowerup.com/download/ryzen-dram-calculator/ this for help.

300 series chipset. They all have same problem with architecture for memory routing.
sorry i couldnt reply as fast as i could because this week i have finals in school. I tried using that calculator but then I can only boot the pc again by shutting it down, if i restart it wont boot. Is that normal for ram overclocking? I used a guidance video on youtube on how to use the calculator, he said change the tRC, tRFC, and the voltage.

No it's not normal, only thing that may happen is that it POSTs twice due to "Memory training". Try with higher RAM voltage first, 1.35 - 1.4v should do it.

I've decided to not overclock my ram at 3200Mhz, because I dont think my pc could handle it, besides that I oc'd at 3066Mhz, it works fine but... I've been getting static noises through out my speakers and headset. I put the voltage at 1.350V, tRC at 54T, and tRFC at 401T. Should I change one of these settings or do any of you guys have a better solution? Please let me know
