Can someone tell me how much FPS i will is iam using ryzen 3 1200 and geforce gt 730 and 8gb ram ddr4 will i get about 100 fps constantly ?

That depends on a game by game basis, the monitor, its resolution and refresh rate, and....
No. The GT 730 is even weaker than the integrated graphics on the newer Intel and Ryzen processors, and those aren't even that good - well, the 2200g/2400g are good for 720p, but that's about all.
