Ryzen 3 1200 high usage

I just got myself a new rig,with and R3 1200 oc'ed to 3.8 ghz on a MSI b350 pc mate motherboard.
In pubg i am getting pretty low fps+stuttering and high cpu usage.
I am using a GTX 1060 6gb.
All the drivers are installed and all are the latest.

According to https://www.techspot.com/article/1532-pubg-cpu-benchmarks/ it's normal; you have a Ryzen 1200, not a Ryzen 1700.

I am talking about very low gpu utilization and the cpu is at 99% in rainbow six siege aswell.
I am reinstalling the windows again maybe it will fix it :/

It probably won't fix it; configure the games to better use the GPU. You have a Ryzen 1200 which is good; get a faster Ryzen if you really want your CPU to be less busy.

I just upgraded from the i5 2500 because i wanted the newest generation...
And the i5 ran it better without BIG fps drops a lot of stuttering etc
And no 99% usage every time..

Everything else is the same? Windows was fresh installed? I don't understand why you went from the i5 to the Ryzen 1200 because they basically provide the same performance. Bear in mind that the Ryzen platform is not yet totally mature and some code may still run better on the competing platform.

I installes again the windows,fixed the problem.
I went for ryzen because i have a way to upgrade if i need too
Still having some stuttering issues but mostly it's gone

You didn't reinstall Windows after switching to the Ryzen and you didn't run sysprep?

The i5 2500 has very similar performance to the Ryzen 3 1200. They are only 5% different from each other in terms of performance and the 2500k is arguably a better gaming chip. Strongly recommend selling and upgrading to a Ryzen 5 or 7. I don't think you will see big performance increases over the 2500.

i'll stick with the ryzen 3 1200 until i make some money to upgrade the ram and the cpu aswell,maybe in late 2018.

Ryzen 2 is coming out in Q2 this year it has been announced recently. Look into that when it comes out. It will work in your AM4 motherboard.
