Ryzen 3 1200 on a B350M Pro-VDH mobo

Hey everyone. I am attempting to OC my Ryzen 3 1200 preferably to 3.8 ghz.
My problem is on all of the videos I've watched everyones bios is a lot different than mine. Does anyone have the same mobo and cpu as me?

Thanks man. i messed with the bios last night and got it dialed as high as i could get it witch is 3.8ghz at 1.375 volts . I aimed for 3.9 but was too close to 1.4 volts so that's a bummer
