Ryzen 3 1200 stock temperatures?

At idle it stay at 38 to 39ºc, and stressed with Intel Burn Test it reach 60ºc. Environment temp is usually around 30 ~ 35ºc, and my case have only 2 fans, i can't put more, there's no space.
If i overclock to 3.5ghz, with stock voltage, it will raise the temp so much?

Your temps are fine, if you plan to overclock they'll increase but should remain in the "acceptable" range.

I will overclock to 3,5ghz only. Should i overclock at Bios or at Ryzen Master (easier way). I'm new in overclocking...
