Ryzen 3 1300X bottleneck my GPU?

Hello!
I have been playing Pubg a lot now and since i started my game was stuttering a lot on 1080p everything on very low only textures on medium/high and anti aliasing on high. My specs are - cpu r3 1300x, GPU 1060 3gb, 8 gb ddr4 ram... First i thought that the stuttering is caused by the samall amount of vram of my gpu but i saw videos in youtube on PUBG playing on high preset with no stuttering with the same gpu 1060 3gb. So i was wondering if my cpu is causing this stuttering or is it something else. By the way I don't have fps problems, always above 60/70.

Download HWmonitor and record your temps and cpu/gpu usage during gaming.

just input everything that is needed and it wil give you the drivers you need for your ryzen
