Ryzen 3 1300x failed overclock big problems

Hello guys I wanted to ask you about my failed overclock the thing is when I'm idle in bios it was 40c and sometimes it jumped to in idle desktop 50c after that failed overclock also fan for cpu started to be extra loud my failed overclock was 1.30v for 3,9ghz from one video on youtube also that failed overclock made my pc to turn off also I pressed power button for sure and it made my pc whistle not any smoke comming from case or any smell like burnt rubber sorry for my english and thank you so much guys for trying to help me as best as you can cause I know you are awesome!

you are fine, just reset cmos battery and retry. Every cpu is different, their voltage and clockspeed may not apply to you. Try 1.35v and 3.9 again. If not boot, I will suggest try 3.8G speed. small diff between 3.8 and 3.9
remember to use prime95 to test stability of overclocking.

thank you for your answer but I forgot to mention that this thing with overclock happened like in october last year lol or november and the bad thing is it started to whistle and fan is so much louder

If you mean CPU fan, could be too hot. What case do you have? How many fans? Now is cold, should be better.

Hello thank you as well trying to help me I really apprieciate all you guys sorry for my english and I have SilentiumPC Regnum RG1 and fan is silentiumpc spartan 3 pro i have also read that for my cpu it should be idle like 30c so I want my pc to run at optimal level for smooth gaming maybe thermal paste is gone with that whistle or i broke my fan kinda? (forgot to mention fans in pc so edit i got 4 fans I think so in total or 5 im not sure Im pretty sure 2 for gpu 1 case 1 cpu and 1 maybe power supply)

I already did that cmos some days ago even months updated bios and stuff disabled cool n quiet in bios since it was ruining my performance Ive never had stock cooler set only that silentium one

Reapply thermal paste and try again, make sure the cooler is seated well on CPU.

Alright I will also I got one question for you as you seem to be experienced in these kind of things also my pc was never formatted do you think it will help to fix my stutter and things 'cause I don't have the best pc but also I don't have worst one i got gtx 1060 ryzen 3 8g ram 2400mhz hyperx what do you think?

Do you mean your storage is from previous build? What do you mean by stuttering? Make sure all drivers including chipset, gpu are up to date. 1300X and 1060 6gb are good match. Ram is slow though, and dual channel 2x4 gb is better to have, faster.
