Ryzen 3 1300X oc

I am trying to OC my Ryzen 3 1300X @3.5Gghz to 3.9Ghz because it says online that 3.9Ghz is the max stable OC Any suggestions on voltages?
(mobo MSI A320M Grenade Micro ATX) i have Overclocked my RAM so i thought it would be possible to OC my CPU too becuase it lets me change the frequency and voltages in the BIOS

A320 boards do not support cpu over clocking

Yes it supports various RAM speeds but not CPU overclocking you need a B350 board or better to overclock the CPU.
