TLDR: What's the best CPU under 150$ to match with GTX 1060 6GB for gaming?

Hi guys, I just bought a GTX 1060 6GB, but I'm not getting out of it what I expected.
(Thread: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/answers/id-3780418/gtx1060-working-optimal-buy-cpu-motherboard-ram.html)

That's why I've decided to buy a new CPU and a motherboard/RAM that goes with it.

I've read a lot on internet and most people say that the 1300x is better for the money, but in some YT benchmarking videos I see different information; very little difference between 1200 and 1300x, and 2200G being relatively better than both). So I'm pretty confused now.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WFRXzR8D8kw (6 cards tested with 1200 and 1300x)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yY_zCX9hsnE (2200G vs 1200 vs 1300X)

At this moment, I'm only playing Fortnite, and would like to do so on max quality.
In the near future, I'd like to get a 144hz monitor, so I'll have to play on higher frames/lower quality than right now.

My current specs:
Motherboard MSI MSI B75A-G43 (MS-7758)
CPU Intel i5 3350P 3.1GHz
GPU MSI Nvidia GTX 1060 6GB
RAM 1x Crucial 4GB DDR3 CT5126BA160BJ.C8 PC3-12800(800MHz)
1x Kingston 4GB DDR3 KHX1600C9D3/4GX PC3-12800 (800MHz)
PSU Aerocool VX-600 600W (Bought last week)
SSD 120GB Sandisk PLUS (with windows)
HDD WD Blue 500GB (from 2008)

Now, somebody suggested I got this following setup to get more out of my GTX 1060 6GB;
CPU: AMD - Ryzen 3 1200 3.1GHz Quad-Core Processor ($93.40 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: ASRock - AB350M Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard ($55.98 @ Newegg)
Memory: Team - T-Force Vulcan 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4-3200 Memory ($85.98 @ Newegg)
Total: $235.36

I'm looking to buy motherboard/RAM off Newegg for sure, since they have international shipping to my country, and here the prices are incredibly high at the moment.
I'm NOT familiar with overclocking, I could learn more about it if necessary, but first and foremost I'm just trying to get my system running with great fps, ASAP and as cheap as possible.

2200G local price: 110$
1300X local price: 125$

I'm not trying to go over 125$ spending for my CPU.

I'm very open to other cheap motherboard/CPU/RAM combo's, if you guys know any.
So I'm looking to get max frames, especially because I'd like to get a 144hz monitor in the very near future, after setting my system up.

Thank you all in advance for your advice!

And should I get 16gb RAM with Ryzen?

Thanks for a great suggestion. I will buy the i3 8100.
What motherboard would you recommend to go with?
I believe my options are either
the B250M: Pro-VD, Pro-VDH (both MSI),HDV (Asrock) and DS3H (Gigabyte)
or H310M: Pro-VDH, Gaming Plus(MSI), HDV, HDV/M.2 (both Asrock), M-H (Gigabyte) and M-A (Asus),.

I have no idea what the differences are to be honest. I'm not that familiar with motherboards.
I went through the tutorial roughly, but I think all boxes were checked with all of these.
I only would like to have 4 slots for RAM, but as far as I'm seeing none of these have that. Kind of lost right now lol

For that CPU I recommend a B360 motherboard.
B250 is for the previous generation and H310 is the cheapest and not very well equipped.
