Hello all and nice to meet you i'm willing to upgrade my old computer to a budget new gaming setup the Ryzen 2200g came to my mind and i already have a graphic card the AMD 6950 HD i know it is old but at this moment i cannot get a better one like the 1050ti but in the future i will get one, but for now i'm wondering with this setup will i be able to get a decent FPS on most played games like Overwatch, fortnite, PUBG and others ... ?

I understand, that's why I kept everything in the price range of the three parts you posted. What merchant do you plan to buy your parts from? like I said, you would get better gaming performance using the intel i3 8100 build I put together, that cpu is equivelent to last gens i5 7500! the r3 1300x is about equivalent to the 2200g, given that the 1300x has more pcie lanes and cache - and runs cooler. If you really want to go down the AMD route then maybe get a b350 motherboard with the ryzen 1200 and overclock it with the stock cooler to match the 1300x's performance without the cost.

CPU: AMD - Ryzen 3 1200 3.1GHz Quad-Core Processor ($93.98 @ Amazon)...

Old Setup :
MB : A55f m3
RAM : 8Gb Ddr3
CPU : A6 3650
GPU : AMD 6950 HD

What's your budget for the new CPU and Mobo? You're also going to have to buy new ddr4 ram. The 2200g is similar to the 1200 with an igpu, so it runs a bit hotter (even when using a discreet graphics card) and had less pcie lanes and cache, though I would suggest the 2200g if you don't plan on overclocking as it's base clock is higher than that of the 1200 and this is more important in games. I'd be happy to make you a quick list of parts/price for your upgrade. Where are you located? What's your preferred merchant?

I'm located in Algeria My budget is 400$ and here the hardwares are really expensive what i got in mind is :
CPU : Ryzen 3 2200G or Ryzen 3 1300x
MOBO : MSI A320M Bazooka
8 GB RAM
Those are the only elements i'm willing to buy or upgrade i will still use the same graphic card the 6950 AMD

You will be running your GPU in 8x instead of 16x if you buy the 2200g, the 1300x is better 'bang for your buck' as it also runs at a higher clockspeeds. It might be worth considering a b350 board and a 1200, then overclocking it.

You could get the 2200g and use your amd gpu and forego the integrated amd igpu with this list, I put amazon as the merchant as you didn't say where you plan to get your parts from.

Or you could go the intel route, this cpu preforms better but the igpu in it is worse (which doesn't matter as you're not using either igpu :na:)

Unfortunately i'm not able to buy anything from Amazon even tho it would be easier and cheaper that's the problem in my country the 253.08 $ are actually 400$ here :v in Algeria our money is so low behind $ !
Thanks for your answer ! so is the Ryzen 3 1300x better then the 2200G ? i've seen few testes and i can win some fps with the 1300x
also saw few tests with the AMD 6950 HD 2GB it did pretty well with newly games lets say average fps on medium low , but is just for the moment until two other months so i get the 1060 3gb or the 6gb
